LGA pads clip to pcb

Hi,

I'm working with an IC with LGA pads. WNC M14A2A.

I want to connect to the pcb without soldering. I cant find a socket that fits. Could I attach to a pcb with some sort of clip? Ill put a bit of solder on the pcb and clip it down some how, not sure yet exactly how. Or maybe screw in a bracket hold the ic in place.

I would suggest either looking for an existing PCB breakout if one exists, or even better an (Arduino?) shield that has this ready to plug and play, or make a PCB with the landing pads where you can solder yours. I only tried the socket idea once before (for a chip layout that is far more common) and it was flaky at best, contacts can be weak. The only advantage to a socket is you can interchange multiple modules rather than have a breakout for each, which you might want in a testing scenario.
