general solder question

My lungs are super sensitive to solder fumes. I feel it in my lungs when ever i solder.
Is there a type of solder that would be better?

Pure solder with no resin core will make it a pain to solder anything. You'd still have to apply flux to remove oxides so that's pretty much equivalent to resin, except more work.
Use a fume extractor or blow it away with a computer fan...

But I think the DIY is more powerful and the pad is large enough to replace the filter many times.
