Weird ADC value, is it broken?

So I've been using several current ranger with success. Sadly today when I wanted to use one I noticed that the ADC value was always around approx -3100 even with no DUT connected to it.
I fear I broke my trusty current ranger, any tips?

Can you look at the SMD side? Any signs of damage at all?
Physical damage from mounting the terminals to any components?
Otherwise do you recall using it
in any unusual way
?

Thanks for your help. Found out we fried most components by mistakenly connecting a DUT on the oscilloscope out...

How did you determine damage? Visual?
Is the SAMD21 still working?

No the MCU was fried. I'm not sure how my colleague determined it was dead.
So we changed the HW now trying to reprogramming the bootloader.
