CurrentRanger fails to start

I have used a CurrentRanger for 2 months without problems on a simple isolated 3.3v supply
Suddenly it now fails to start. Pressing the button turns on the blue LED but it turns off within 1 to 5 seconds
Battery is not flat and is the same situation when USB connected.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

A few questions below.

Which exact revision do you have?

Also, which blue LED do you refer to? I have not put any BLUE LEDs on CRs in any revision.

Anyway,
You indicate it was not used improperly in any way, usually any signs of a "dead" CurrentRanger is just that, and usually an overlook by the user. I'm not implying anything, just trying to point what I've observed in a few similar cases.

Did you visually inspect the SMD side for any component damage?

Or very remotely possible - a dislodged component somewhere in the power circuit could potentially cause it to fail to turn on or quickly turn off afterwards.

Anything else you might remember that it has gone through/unusual, which might have caused this?

Anyway, a high res in focus photo might help me look into it, short of having it in my hand.

Let me know what you can find and I will try my best to help debug and fix it.

I'm always trying to give the least resistance path to resolution, but sometimes it means returning it, because it's a bit more complex to debug than a basic circuit. Even if we were on the phone with schematic in front, it would be very difficult to explain how to debug and where to probe (for non trivial issues).
