Volumio + Raspberry 7" Display does not shutdown
« on: November 01, 2017, 06:52:37 PM »
Hi,
i tested the ATX RASPI without the Display, all things go fine. The Power LED of the switch turned off. All LED on the ATX Board go dark, power off. I can power on again.

But when i connect the Raspberry 7" Display, i get no flashing flash in the corner, all go wrong.
- I can start only when i connecting "fresh Power input", i mean the "first Time" ;-)
- I can inital the shutdown .... but The grenn light on the ATX still on. After a minute all LED on the board gets very dark, but still on. The LED from Switch is still on.
  i canĀ“t power on again.

Any hints ?

Sorry for my bad english, hope you understood me.

SOLVED !!!

I must use the phyton script. Now all work fine.

I used Volumio, so i installed RPi.GPIO first. (https://zasieczny.wordpress.com/2015/02/12/volumio-installing-gpio-python-module-to-control-amplifier/)
Now i can use the Phyton Script and all things going well.

Thx

It must be some software problem. Since it worked one time, it means the board can receive signals from the Pi and can issue a shutdown.
Is it possible to try it on a raspbian just to verify?
